Whats your experience with any of these sites though, do you prefer one over other?

Advice from those in the state of Arizona would be preferred but all advice is appreciated!

I prefer the lighter background myself. 

It seems that money order are still the preferred payment method for these tenants.  

Also, the selling decision is theirs - 2 years is the minimum to exclude the gain, but they could stay longer if they prefer.

Older homes are perfectly fine and preferred especially if they are seasoned tenants.

I prefer the brush on kit over the spray on kit, because the overspray is difficult to contain.Definitely use a respirator, and follow the instructions EXACTLY or it will not work properly.  

For family activities, quality of life, etc - I prefer Greenville. 

I have been looking on Homepath.com for properties, preferably duplex's for my first investment.
