I learned some very valuable lessons that I'm going to share with all of you.

Most people in real estate seem to think that you have to DO something to property to make it more valuable.  

I'm still looking for a reputable online direct marketing company that I can use, as well as a foreclosure/REO/investment property search site(s) like foreclosure.com, realtytrac...I was just hoping to get some sort of unbiased feedback of which sites to avoid and those that are a valuable tool to have.As always, your opinions are much appreciated.

But since you felt the need to correct me on it, do you have any other valuable contribution to make on this topic regarding property management and the issues I've raised?
