ResidentSource had the software and website designing skills I wanted.

It's almost impossible because they're way to many skills that you'd have to master, and even then the risk is way way higher than REI.

I had a realtor tell me today that he has never seen anything like this, he said it is bad and if you aren't a skilled realtor you will not be able to sell a house fast in this market.
