That is a great point as well, I have noticed there are a lot of Accountants/Bookkeepers out there that have no idea what they are doing with Real Estate and they think it is like other types of business, they charge based off those businesses and find out they have to do more work and Real Estate needs more details and separate reporting and they do the bare minimum which ends with an investor having to pay someone like me to clean up everything and get them back on track.

Do you really think upper Darby is a great investment area? 

If she's not living there more than 181 days, I don't think she can claim it as primary. 

I’m looking to get into section 8 in Ohio as well, do you think you could provide some numbers on one of your properties.

All these providers have in-house PM and have already done major capex so I think I've minimized my risk as best as I can, but again this is as much about the education as anything else so I'm trying to keep that in mind.Anyway, I look forward to this experiment with excitement and I'm cautiously optimistic it will go well.

I think the new lodging will be great but the newest builds are very very expensive and I suspect will be purchased more for second homes than pure investments.

I *think* I'd like to set up an LLC to house the STRs, but I'm struggling on the implications of single-member vs multi-member.
