We chose their 7 year no interest 15 year repayment product.

I've analyzed about 75 "deals" on that site and not a single one of them were actually a deal. 

Currently there are single wide trailers that are selling for over 200,000.

First, there are so many different strategies (each with their own different risk/reward) that there is no one single answer.
