When if comes to outsourcing this function, whether you choose to have a bookkeeper or CPA do this, the biggest consideration is what kind of value they bring you.

The municipality has a fairly robust CDBG program available for projects like this and I was hoping to have a conversation with any folks who have used CDBG funds to do similar projects.- Does the municipality restrict materials.- Do they essentially become a GC partner (oversee fund disbursement, use preferred vendors etc?)

I personally love using the "map nearby homes for sale" function and adjusting the filters to view sold homes in the immediate neighborhood (not 1-2 miles away) with similar square footage, layout, and interior upgrades your aiming for.
