I respond, “no problem, I’ve got a $50 immediate solution for you...” they’ll choose the immediate solution every time.

But regardless, real estate spits out WAY more cash than a basket of stocks ever reliably will!

The way I do business is I genuinely try to help people, ethics carry a lot of weight in my solutions, so not taking advantage of anybody, all involved parties will know what's what at all times.

I tend to think they are in a bind, need a solution and go to the nearest pawn shop willing to get them what they need.
