For example:- Number of phone calls from potential sellers you want to generate per month- Number of total leads from sellers- Number of offers you're making- Number of deals- Number of buyers on your buyers list- Etc...This will help you track your progress towards those deals...

The process of getting there will be different for every investor, but as long as you focus on good fundamentals (Cashflow and understanding your specific market etc) on your deals things should progress.
