If you want to flip houses, do tens then hundreds of evaluations on flipping in a particular town or region or area; however you define it.

While I have zero experience in STR "innerhalb von Deustschland" I am curious as to why these specific areas- and while I don't know SFR legislation per region, with STR in mind I might only suggest to look into Berlin as a more lucrative area- thinking along the lines of tourists specifically.   

We can't meet the current housing demand and our population is increasing by 950 a day as a state and 200 in our market region.

Once I had a property the management company couldn't get the tenants to move out and I showed up as a regional representative of the owner company and they all agreed to cash for key deals.

There are also a handful of regional banks that will do such lending.
