Sure, you may be able to spend 500 hours reading for free on BP to get the same information, but you may also be able to get it from a good coaching product in 10 hours of reading.

The market is/was insane here and I think it's more a product of luck/timing than strategy - I personally would stay away from buying an individual condo unless you're happy living in it (which is completely fine).

Nowadays that's harder with so many refrigerators come standard with WATER and ICE dispensers turning that line off disables both features, and those built in water filters are expensive!
