I get a lot of inquiries for 30-day stays, though, from other types of travelers.

But I guess I'm not sure what content to go for that will explain to me what I need to know before making any investment, the different types of investments, how hiring people works, If I should go work for someone who is already an investor, and if I do I'm not even sure what they would even need or if investors even hire anyone who's new.

I’m more interested in joint ventures, seller financing type of a deal.

Be sure to consult a real estate CPA that is familiar with the process and knows how to properly deal with sub2's / land trust type deals like yours.

So it may just be that your desire for longer term renters isn't compatible with the guest type you're marketing to.

To be honest would just go on facebook and in the search bar type in the state or city youre interested and the word real estate they'll all pop up and start joining those groups 

It also doesn’t help to have a “get the bag” type of realtor.
