We politely severed our relationship with them and have since bought 4 going on 17 houses with one of their local competitors who refers us deals they come across despite the fact that they are also investors in the area.We get a video walkthrough of potential properties from our manager/agent so that gives us a bit of a backcheck of the info coming out.
