You can replace the upper cabinet doors with glass fronted doors if you like the look.You can put wood doors on painted cabinets to get a country look or a modern look, depending upon the color you use for the paint and the style of the pulls.I really like tile counters and I've never had any problem keeping the grout clean.

Or find a way to purchase low enough that your rents will support the payments.Or buy a distressed lot, put up a cheap building or mobile home or manufactured home and rent.If you want to do it you will find a way either there or somewhere else.Look into your local tax sales and you may find some homes cheap enough to suit you.

Hello all, I have a general question about inspecting a mobile home....Would it be wise to pay for an inspector to come out and check the home out if I'm just going to turn around and sell it or conduct an inspection myself to my standards?
