I bought this quadplex at a 9 cap and turned it into a 9 unit modern building at a 4.5 cap.

Bathrooms received new floor and wall tiling, large walk-in showers, and modern-style floating vanities, and modern design fixtures.

If going with stainless appliances is part of an overall plan to upgrade the unit and the kitchen to be nicer/more modern, then I would say yes.
