Conventional loan cash-out seasoning just moved to 12 months if the loan you are paying off to refi (existing) was originated after i think March 7th was the date. if it was originated before then, you can still do a cash-out refi on a conventional loan after 6 months.

It was 80% occupancy, We have done heavy lifting like $15k/unit rehab on each unit and we rebuilt 16 burned units in 6 months from the day we acquisition and we brought occupancy to 97% by March 2019.

It was 76% occupancy, We have done moderate $5k/unit rehab on each unit and we demolished 4 units & clean up and made a beautiful dog park for tenants and we have implemented our business plan we brought occupancy to 98% by March 2019.
