Long term renting can also be a good strategy. 

Otherwise it is a short term cash flow play for long term asset depreciation and lots of turnover. 

I don't know how long it can last though as it is the sort of channel that once to many people start doing the whole channel will become ineffective.

Just because one has the best price doesn't mean its going to be the cheapest in the long run.

It might not hurt to consider playing long-ball with them for now.
