man this is what everyone starting out who can stand to live in a 4 plex should do for one year.. use one mortgage slot buy 4 doors.. live there a year then move on.. refi and use the fha loan again or leave it in place and go conventional on the next one..

Note... there is one other alternative that you can do.... but not everyone can pull of alternatives like this..........You can do the roofing yourself, just rent a ladder from home depot, and get a handy man helper...

Trying to understand what my options are in order to collect - I know that I can file a complaint with the AG but I’m currently more focused on collecting what is owed to me, as it is to the tune of a few thousand.If it matters (for small claims court, etc) - my property is in Noblesville, Indiana while the PM seems to be incorporated in Indianapolis.Thanks everyone!
