Thanks Jon,Higher than average unemployment here in Ohio plus its getting colder so it would be an ideal project over the next 3-4 months lol.Labor would be cheaper than in most states, it would come down to material costs.Thanks.

So now in the rust belt and other mid west and deep south areas what has caused this mass defection from the neighborhoods. .Well obviously in Detroit it was the auto industry.

@Dawn Anastasi and @Jenkins Ramon our loan is commercial so no escrow for taxes and insurance (ins is through Auto Owners) so I have a separate savings account that I transfer money into each month).

In an ideal world Investors would only approach when they are researched and ready, and Realtors would clearly know if they are investor retail or investor wholesale (as there is a difference), and then we all know where we stand.
