In my experience when it gets this far usually the tenant is long gone and leaves a dirty mattress and couch behind along with a refrigerator full of old food.

Put them on a page with 3 columns (one for each column) and highlight just a few of the most important things (sq ft, bedrooms/bathrooms, price per sq ft, condition, selling price) so it's more clean and easy to see.
