I find this with old sellers too who have owned their building 30+ years - they don't take expenses into consideration.

They likely bought at the height of the pre-crash market and are now trying to sell and maybe break even, but the cost to have a listing agent would put them back into the red.

Investing in real estate takes long hours and dedication, it is highly stressful at times and requires considerable knowledge.

There are other affordable areas with much better options such as Maple Heights that I would push you to consider.
