When I did this before I actually had a Real Estate License and know how to generate my comps to get a close to accurate price of what a house is worth.

I am interested in rentals and rehab/flip houses and I was thinking along the same lines of finding a few properties to flip to generate the money needed.

I believe the NV BK trustee generated the addendum, and put it on the an NV realtor form because that's what he had available, which is not out of the ordinary.

I would also like to start generating off market leads.I currently have 1 site that is tied to my local MLS and comes pre designed to be more of a traditional realtor site.

You will generate much more income if you sell it and 1031 the profits into a different property or properties.

But my primary focus right now is generating leads on actual deals which, after listening to the BP podcast, I've realized is going to require some focused marketing on my part.

The type of renter these houses will generate will be lower end renters.

I do have enough going on to keep the juices flowing and enough passive income to live and also pass on to future generations.

If you're getting anxiety thinking about it, I can pretty much guarantee doing it will generate at least as much stress ;)
