The overall economy is struggling and your average person out there, regardless of occupation, will take the low road for financial gain if they think they can get away with it.  

Thankfully it's not a huge tax hit (we only bought in 2011) and I am too 'poor' to get hit with the medicare tax thing on L/t cap gains.

I guess I'm just trying to gain information, any information, that can help a young ambitious realtor.
