The best agents are also investing and/or have heavy hitter buyers, so if I come across a great deal myself I’m either buying it myself, getting a partner (maybe someone like you) or sending a video/touring with my most frequent buyers.

You can also do little adjustments to your listing frequently like changing the price slightly, adding promotions, changing the listing description, adding new photos/videos.
