My name is Tony and I am new to BP and the forum, I was aspired to become a C suite member of a Fortune 500 companies after graduating with my Master Degree in business until I read the book "Rich Dad Poor Dad", I made a decision then to retire from my current job in 5 years through passive income generated through rental properties and am currently studying real estate investing and aiming to purchasing my first property before the end of this year, I look forward to learning from everyone and to achieving financial freedom together!

We've recently become interested in investing in real estate with the goal of finding financial freedom within 5 years.  

I'm able to walk into almost any office and get a warm welcome.I'm looking to give this all that I have, I want to set up a future that I always dreamed about.I was homeless growing up as a kid and I vow to be nothing like my parents.I want the freedom to go anywhere and doing anything at my discretion!

Eventually, we'd like to create enough passive income from real estate to reach financial freedom.  

Looking back I am grateful they were available when I needed them, but freedom from grew in importance for me.

A Self Direct IRA is another option, but it does not have the freedom of a solo 401k.  

I am 27 years old and want to "retire" at 35, so my goal is 20 SFH's- that will allow me to live a similar lifestyle as I do now, but have the freedom I want.
