I have been researching getting into REI for several years but, have yet to pull the trigger due to what I still consider a "lack of knowledge".I currently work for a Fortune 50 company as an Account Manager serving about 1/4 of the U.S.

Hello Ryan, sorry to hear your bad experience but thanks for sharing it with the community, I was considering doing business with them but choose not to, fortunately I ended up buying turn key properties from PARC group with @Todd Roberts , I close September 2018 on my first one and December 2018 on the second one, I have really good experience doing business with them and they maybe able to help you manage this property.

And I was fortunate enough to put down just over 25%.

I am fortunate to be in a good financial position starting out and will be able to spend a little $ upfront, hoping that will give me a boost starting out.

You kno it is so hard trying to acquire legetimate Help without having to come of a fortune Or having to worry about being scamed Jesús just wanna mk a honest living.

I’ve Been very fortunate this past year and landed a job that allows me to live a more comfortable life financially than I’m used to.

Essentially, they are the "Walmart" of real estate investing that are out to line their pockets by taking advantage of ignorant homeowners and put hard-working small and medium-size businesses who aren't as fortunate to have hundreds of millions to work with out of business.Therefore, if you feel so inclined to help the little guys, please leave a review on their Yelp page.
