i think if you have an interesting niche or more exotic type of property, id look into selling them to rich europeans or rich south american investment groups. every now and then, i hear about them purchasing things like a small 34 unit motel on the florida beach for something ridiculous like 3.6 millionother than that, my only strategy would be to pick a solid realtor and just wait for the best offer

The only ones that currently have priority in all fields are Native American or Disabled Vet owned, and yes, a business can qualify for multiple criteria.
