It would be great if BP had a way for REIAs or other less formal groups to create a group page where they could post group events, documents, discussions, etc (like a Facebook group page).

But on notes that I’ve subsequently looked at, there seems to be very little difference in initial note pricing  between notes in judicial vs. non judicial foreclosure states, or differences in bankruptcy status or occupancy status.

You should login to the pacer.gov site and you can look up the status of their bankruptcy and what plan is in place if any.
