The bathroom vents go nowhere but are at least completely blocked off so no air goes anywhere except back into the bathroom... so it is there just for show...So I guess what I'm saying is problem solved itself....Not worth putting in vents any, no mold problems..Thanks for your help though...

That's why I switched everything I own to shared housing and my front end partners are reaping exceptional 20% to 70% returns annuallly by creating shared housing.....besides, what I love about it is that you can feel good about earning good because you are helping others who don't have the credit or ability to carry an apartment on their own.You can cap utils on each unit and pro-rate overages to the tenants of the units.

Since then, I have been going through a divorce and haven't done a thing to this property except to get rid of two sheds that were falling apart and cuttng down 3 dead trees.
