I took my test the other day and passed the state portion but failed the national portion.

Please email it to you.Call or email the other wholesaler and tell him, "hey, I know the area well and I pass that house every so often please email me a contract.

I state up front the minimum requirements, I talk to them and made sure they passed, I let them know the application form when filled in and submitted is binded into the lease...by the time they submit the application it's mostly a verification step. 

Most title insurance agencies have an attorney and many are owned by an attorney, they are the title agent.Most states require title insurance to be written as that becomes the standard for passing merchantable title.

Great thread, folks can get ideas, but any landlord looking for new ideas really needs to pass the lease agreement to their attorney as to compliance and customs in that area, all real estate is local. :) 

I passed my exam, got my license and affiliated with Coldwell Banker all in a week.
