I actually am extremely motivated to change my lifestyle and career but I guess not enough to just go cold turkey like you did (wow that was brave).

Regardless of what you do with the 1M property it's important to make good lifestyle/ spending choices first.

Great option for someone wanting to live this lifestyle while they are getting established or gives one freedom to quit their jobs and take risks without being financially burdened. 

Even though there must be one; I don't know what structure or feature (other than a community pool) could be built on the property to dramatically enhance rental rates.

Losing money sure enhances the learning value of an experience.

I would love to connect and just enhance my knowledge with other investors in this market doing the same.
