I have also encountered some condominium complexes which indicate ventless dryers are required.They biggest problem we have encountered with ventless dryers is (re)educating tenants to think a little differently about how they do laundry.  

You may have time, but not fully educated and little or no money.

Sounds like you're pretty educated on the financial side.

If she can work into her schedule college or some other education that can help her advance in her career or to change fields do so. 

I'm looking to get started on my REI journey, and have been extremely pleased with how responsive all of the members of this forum have been.

I got into these because competition is less, price is less, and it has its quirks that are relatively easy to understand once you've had some basic education and understanding of the process.

Both require education, discipline, hard work, long hours, etc.

I've also considered looking into becoming a private lender but I feel I should experience the RE game myself before I start lending money out to others.I've been researching heavily, pounding through 1-2 podcasts a day and am in the process of finding a lawyer, accountant, agent and any other people I may need in my RE journey.
