I do not have a broker, but feel like i can use one. 

I use REI Hub where all my accounts are connected and I categorize income, expenses etc.

I suspect they are using someone else's identity or hiding something negative from their landlord.It is not uncommon for people to have good credit but still have an eviction or other problems with a previous landlord.

Are these programs upwards of $25,000 worry it to FastTrack you on learning the business, get coaching and into a deal while providing access to a network worth it?

As some background, I'm looking for turnkey or close to it and would be using a management company since I have a busy full time job. 

Property is in Granite City, tenant lost his job, and has stopped responding to texts and emails. 

I often use this to help calculate some quick math on deals.

To use all of your cash flow to gum stuff together for twenty years to only gain appreciation is silly.

I was helping other invest in these types of deals and wanted to buy one for myself.
