Now I've also had some amazing guest, from a skateboarding granny who did real estate law for 50 years, a professional computer hacker, and 2 awesome girls who just wanted to hangout drink wine and eat pizza.

Happy to join your merry band this weekend and I'll be happy to split the cost of food & drinks for our good mentors in this post , if this isn't happening will very much appreciate if you can post an update on what you've leaned where to invest.

The parking lots areto be used only for the parking of automobiles, motorcycles, vans, orpick-up trucks belonging to or used by Residents and Occupants of the YLofts in space designated on the face of the lease.

It was the first hot day here in Maine 90 degrees and I had spent most of it driving back and fourth in a car while my co-workers posted pics of them at the beach and having drinks. 

I prefer my speculation to include a mixed drink and involve playing cards (Vegas, poker, i'll speculate all day long lol).  

Tenant A proceeds to tell me that Tenant B is MORE than welcome to use the common area as long as she doesn't touch any of her stuff....BTW the couch, Remote, TV, all decorations, etc all belong to tenant A...
