He is just trying to do his own thing.My agent told me that listing agent called the pest company and asked them to put a mechanics lien on the home to prevent the closing !!!!

Look at mechanical, roofs, appliances etc. to reduce potential for reoccuring repair & maintenance issues and making move-in ready.If you provide a decent analysis of the property which peaks his interest, and he buys and finds you were spot on, whose properties is he gonna look at in the future?

hi will.i am a mechanical engineer and do this on the side. i'd never give up my day job. it has great hours (8-5 is not half bad), flexible hours (i can take 2 hr lunch sometimes) and the best of all....i get paid twice a week.what you have going against you is the fact that there are no cheap properties close to where you live. i have it great... cheaper homes and a paying job close to me. i'd have to have 30 houses to even think about leaving work.oh yeah.... and i love the RE stuff more than my job. so, i know what you are going through.

You're right though, there are many reasons to consider partnerships, from money, management, experience, etc.As developers, on the Medical Office Building we are currently working on, and previous projects, we design them as condo projects, allowing smaller investors to get in.

You might try an addendum to the lease stating that there is no storage provided, or designate storage area (per unit) if you have the space in a basement or something.
