We are also looking for a place to buy for ourselves within the neighborhood, but the supply in the area is very scarce, the people who come to buy here leave their brains at home, and there's little opportunity for finding enough space sufficient to monetize.

I agree it depends, but I'd love to buy you a beer and pick your brain!

I currently have 4 properties in Naperville and am looking to expand and pick the brains of others who are looking to do the same. 

I allocate a percentage of my monthly income to my living expenses/fun budget, and focus more on staying under that percentage every month, rather than going down to the nitty gritty individual expense...I've found that to be less restrictive which works better for my brain.

Two brains is always better than one and it is really helpful to always have someone to go to for advice or help.

My brain is linear, so numbers in rows are helpful to me, but I didn’t have the experience to estimate the way @Aaron Montague did.

Well Account Closed sounds like we’re in the same business lol I’d love to pick your brain a little as I have the cash but not the experience maybe you have certain contractors or something you really like that might be looking for work or if I can help you out and any way I would for sure do that.

It’s too good to be true and no lender with half a brain would do that at 5% the risk/reward doesn’t even line up.
