They also left the house very dirty; no damage just took our cleaners much longer to clean up after.There are some great people that use Airbnb, but where there is an issue it is usually from one of them.I have had maybe one issue from someone that rented via Vrbo but it was minor.We made record cash flow during the pandemic (from Vrbo) during the pandemic.

I have failed inspections, but it was almost always simple fixes:- Add fire blocking around plumbing passthroughs only in a wall that I had opened to add a half bath.- Add an air vent in unfinished area of basement, since we replaced furnace, and HVAC installer didn't put one in.- Biggest one was add handrail along retaining wall next to driveway, since there was also a sidewalk next to retaining wall and drop was over 30".
