There are firms like ours that are familiar with curing or dealing with file deficiencies and loan issues and do so on a daily basis.

I think that was a suggested thing and that anything could be the subject.....you guys figure it out, but maybe if say sub 2 people knew there woud be something going daily at 2pm to 3pm everyday or on MWF it might get more use.

The other one blogs daily, always sends $5 Starbucks cards for every referral whether he books the job or not, and if he's not inspecting he's out talking to agents.

How many people post here daily about the frustrations they have with their buyer's agents, the listing agents of the properties they buy, appraisers, buyer inspectors, their end-buyers and end-buyer agents, mortgage brokers, etc?

Close to 100,000 members here... something like 800 active on a daily basis.

Since this is a happen daily from Monday to Friday.Is there any laws when it come to people who come near your house within an amount number of feet.Not to mentioned those kids are throwing rocks and chasing each others around 1 foot outside my window, this is too much.
