Thank you guys for your concerns, but the motivation for the seller is he's going threw a divorce an just wants to get out of the property, it has a new furnace, air condition roof, very minor repairs the house comps around it are 110,000 to 140,000 very nice area location is hot!

You can always tell the older homes by the diamond pattern in the concrete blocks from 1910-1930.2.Gas forced air heat Gas is common here, but some houses have baseboard heat or a few have radiant.

I could then store the old ones in my garage until after the law goes in and then sell them for top dollar on CL.I'm telling ya- grandma's house is in Michigan - the 90% efficient furnace we put in her place was about $1k, we also put in central air (about $1k), and that included new copper lines for the a/c, the pvc for the vent and a new sheet metal plenum.
