With the three STR's we have set-up throughout this summer we have chunked a good $3-$5k (depending on the performance) towards that goal so far.Our Problem - Acquiring Property - I still do not think I am any good or confident at actually evaluating properties and have had more luck at this point than anything.

Ok I'm not familiar with the compucram I took the Ohio RE Sales "practice" exam.I was hoping that it was similar to the real State exam bc I've taken this practice exam a few times tbh lol.But that's awesome that you passed on the first time.I'm feeling pretty confident but humble at the same time.
