Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing investing heavy in our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

It’s heavy manufacturing, finance industry, health care, Tech Giant presence, 3 pro sports teams (and hopefully an MLB team), zero state income tax, and nearly 1100 companies have located to nashville in the last decade.

Basically, its a great program but it is not designed for a great customer experience.

Most likely you'll never have an issue unless the company/person doing the repairs after the fire cut corners.

Difference is Primary you must work remote for a company or have a contract set up to show you will be working in that state.
