Why are you buying where the neighboring buildings don’t have roofs?

When you are ready to sell these first properties, then consider buying the next tier in the entity you set up for that purpose.  

It was not as streamlined as now and the building department people were kind of skeptical and not helpful (surprise).

She did not qualify for a mortgage loan to build on her own so he became a coborrower which meant he had to be on the title.

So my first point is to separate out these groups as they were never part of the solution.The best solution in my oppinion is simply building more housing and not necessarily affordable housing.
