My wife's brother and his wife live in NE Heights area, so if the rental market is decent in that area, living near them would be a bonus!

going up and down from parents to kids can disqualify the account. going Horizontal to brothers and sisters is ok. 

For example, if you live on the main floor, but your brother's family lives in the attic, you'd have two units.

We had a shared driveway and why they all had to drive the jobsite at the same time I don't know.My brother lived in one for the power company and it wasn't a party zone but you are right it is always full to eight people.
