I agree 200%.Regarding wholesalers, in theory I agree with the function/morality/usefulness of wholesalers. 

I do think there is going to be a great deal of pain felt by the average person morality wise and monitarily.

But this is sleight of hand, an illusionThe Fed has declared a war on savers, a war on prudence and provided the ultimate Moral Hazard Card-and with our money no less.

LOLThe moral to the story, sometimes dumber is smarter!

I'd have to have a map to answer this question.Second, two things government wise is a big boost. 1)  The feds poured megabucks into the city...and they're using it. 2) Their selling bulk packages to investors, but they are also making the investors pay the next two years of taxes ahead of time trying to eliminate the absentee landlords.

Moral of the story.

You can also see if they have committed any crimes, been evicted, have had liens placed against them etc.The moral of my story is that I check everything and believe nothing until it checks out.

I suppose the moral to my story is to not listen to someone because they say they're an "expert".

On pump gas 19lbs of boost made right around 600hp. on race gas 30lbs the turbo was good for around 700hp.
