I'd have to have a map to answer this question.Second, two things government wise is a big boost. 1) The feds poured megabucks into the city...and they're using it. 2) Their selling bulk packages to investors, but they are also making the investors pay the next two years of taxes ahead of time trying to eliminate the absentee landlords.

On pump gas 19lbs of boost made right around 600hp. on race gas 30lbs the turbo was good for around 700hp.
