Adding verbiage in my lease (maybe even in bold) that the security deposit is not to be used for the last month rent is a great idea.

You are doing what most won't do, and your boldness will produce fruit. 

Now, I do understand stability being translated into variance statistically.

Due to this grant experiment and our culture, financial systems, rule of law, ect, we have trained vast swaths of our population to think that it is ok to dare greatly, to take risks, and bold strike out on their own with less fear of failure, societal stigma, exclusion from job markets than in most other places and most other time periods.

Also, I feel like a good addition to BP Insights would be statistics and historical trends on how real estate is correlated with wealth.
