No you still have variations across neighborhoods that are tough to account for, in my version I ended up blocking out certain neighborhoods by lat and long because they were 55+ or just had poor returns and you get so many conditional if else statements it made the code really messy, not to mention that would be illegal in a commercial setting (redlining).

What happens is some relatives squat there, living rent free for years, till someone, a real estate investor, kicks him out.There is a vacant property a block from me, lawns not mowed, dilapidated for several years.

If you have any room to stretch your budget, I also like the Oakleaf Plantation area.In terms of other stuff, I would STRONGLY recommend looking for concrete block construction.

@Avery Carl and @Whitney Hutten I think my mental block is that I know once we max out our $125k Heloc it will probably take us 3-4 years to pay down.

My thoughts on Northwood/Original Northwood, Parts of Highlandtown, and the 200 blocks north of Patterson Park (if you can get a deal on the lower blocks closer to the park then go for it, but they will be harder to come by on that budget).
