Do I use a home  equity line of credit that I have on another rental at 6%  or do I use my  saving earning 1.75%?

I'm looking at rental comps and it seems that 3-4 bed houses in this area are getting 1300-1400 a month in rent.

It was a 4 bed, 2 bath house in Duncanville, Texas.

We are able to get 4 beds and 2.5 baths in a 25x37 footprint.

I'm walking a fine line right now and I'm a bit nervous and unsure of my original plan. 

In PRIME location.It’s listed for 195kIt needs• brand new kitchen • 1 master bath, 1 guest• new flooring (everything is carpet)• paint• maybe 4 new doors• maybe exterior paint and definitely landscaping 3 bed 2 bath- brick chimney to the ceiling 😍Comps on the street are up to 275k- 2 streets down comps are 350-1.5milThis would be our second flip- does it sound worth it and what’s the best backup offer since we don’t know what anyone else has offered

Bottom line: if you want to kick *** in this business you need to learn now that it’s all already out there you just have to go find it YOURSELF.

Not knowing all the facts, but guessing between the lines, I would give it a shot. 

Ask what they think and how it will impact your investing, credit and credit line/limit.
