I want to do FHA loan if anyone has any good audio/book to read about it, please feel free to recommend.

Driving to work I don't even listen to music instead, I listen to my Audio Books By Brandon Turner,Gary Keller,BP Podcast,Robert Kiyosaki & other Real Estate Audiobooks  30 min 1 way for a total of 1 hr/day .Im Surprised on how much I learned by just 1 hr a day of Audiobooks + Reading 1 Hr @ Home Reading Books.  

I have focused my early efforts on getting to know my property, hiring contractors for maintenance, studying Oregon Landlord/Tenant law (which in Oregon is very tenant favored) and listening to audio books on real estate investing while going about my day.

For example, we have a 5 unit with several studio-sized apartments that are not desirable for most “stable” renters.

I just found the audio book "Short-Term Rental Long-Term Wealth".

I know here in the Boise market studios and 5+ bedrooms outperform the rest of the competition.

Do you recommend Stessa over Landlord Studio?

I did the 3 day mini bootcamp thing like 6-7 years ago.I agree that it won't do much for someone with more than a modicum of experience but if you are new you will learn some stuff and will get you hyped up.So back then I got some useful info out of it and they actually gave a pretty extensive amount of audio training and workbooks (Probably will give you a bunch of downloads now) too that were quite good.

She is great and  is active in the market along with envolvment in the artist community renting her studio space. 

That was about six months ago and I haven't looked back.I started by listening to audio books as I had only used BP for that one article, I hadn't even uncorked the true power and potential that this community and group of resources offered.
