Our move here was a little different in that our departure from Korea was set on 31 January of last year so we had to schedule everything in advance of our arrival but had to wait until we got close enough for the Landlord to ok Jan 31.I think because I already have a place here and have not given 30 days yet, I was afforded the luxury of actually thinking things through.

Since the rooms are finished when they arrive, the only interior finish work that needs done, is to connect the MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) system in the corridor and finish out the corridor.

These difficult work, but low paid roles are hard to fill right now.My rambling post is arriving at this; I'm not going to pull back this house off this PM, but what I just heard, what we hear on trhe news, I honestly can't imagine a single reason to trust putting your valuable and hard worked for rental on any PM,,, except the very very best run and highly established.

If someone tried this (acceleration on DOS default) on me, I'd 1) attempt to discuss rationally with FI, 2) address the state Commissioner of Banks (per my Sep 16 '11 post on BP), 3) petition the attorney general, and 4) call local TV consumer advocate.
