If you had an amortized loan and a heloc, with the same balance and interest rate, and made the same exact payment to each loan, they would both get paid off at Exactly the same time The Only advantage to the heloc is that you have access to borrow money if you need it....since you’re putting more cash into your loan every month above the scheduled payment.

Given where the laundry is you may be able to put a bathroom where the current pantry is, but I don't know if that's weird to have to walk through the kitchen space to access the bathroom.

Yes....and as far as I know in Texas the Assessor does not disclose how they create values...but they do have access to the MLS....so chances are you will get a jump in taxes.If you do...one way to fight the taxes is unequal assessment.....so if there are other 4plex in the area with lower values, you may be able to keep or reduce the values back to near where their tax values are.

My lot is only 3000 sqft, but it has front and rear entry onto the lot so access for two garages with required setbacks is possible.

hello everyone my name is dylan i am from brainerd mn i currently own my house 3 bed 2 bath modular with an unfinished basement and 2.5 acres i am starting my rei journey this year i will be partnering with a friend of mine on a new build duplex with a 1 stall attached garage on each unit on a 2 acre lot we are going to be building it handicap accessible in hopes to contract with local nursing homes or companies in need of houses for there clients i am just wondering if there is anyone else who has done this and if they could give me any advice that would be great

Does anyone know of any cloud software that is simple and useful for agents accessing a calendar to schedule floor time across multiple offices?
