Hi James,I was in a similar situation last fall buying a single family to house hack.

So a recent podcast and similar timed stay in an airbnb in another city along with my current market severe lack of inventory (yet too high new construction costs) lead me into thinking about this topic.Has anyone on here converted buildings like this into multiple condos and developed an HOA and sold them separately?

I would appreciate any help or advice from people who have been in a similar situation or anyone else who'd like to help!

Doing research yourself on how to comp houses and then seeing what similar properties have sold in the last 6-12 month around this property 

Similar properties (4BR) are renting for $1,400/mth + utilities ($350 + utilities per bedroom).

Similar to what @Mark Taliercio said, it depends what your goals and what the ROI of the property is. 

The rentals all are similar to yours avg 400-600 each.

I have a similar strategy for stock trading, but it's extremely expensive and difficult to make a software for the scale that ill be using it for.

They supposedly are a non-profit org that helps provide housing for homeless which works similar to Section 8.http://www.abodeservices.org/Curious if anyone has worked with them and can share your experience?

Is he or she aware  of any similar variation requests that have been made.
